Position Overview:
We're looking for a Sales & Partnerships Intern to support our institutional outreach efforts. We are ideally looking to convert this into a fulltime base depending on performance. If you're someone who wants real, hands-on exposure to B2B sales and managing client relationships, this role will give you exactly that.
About the Role: At WeDoGood, we partner with some of the biggest names in the industry - Microsoft, TATA, CGI (and many more)—to power their employee volunteering programs. You'll get to work on high value deals, design outreach campaigns for HR, CSR, ESG teams and learn what it takes to build trust and partnerships. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Support our institutional sales efforts - corporate outreach, lead nurturing, and follow-ups
- Research and identify potential clients across industries and geographies
- Help us outreach and connect with the right folks in HR, CSR, and ESG teams
- Set up and coordinate calls and follow-up meetings with prospects
- Assist in putting together proposals, decks, and other pitch materials
- Keep our CRM updated and ensure leads don’t fall through the cracks
- Contribute to weekly reports and help us track key sales metrics
- Do light competitive research and market analysis to help us understand the market

Who We're Looking For:
- Strong communication skills (written + verbal)
- Good with organizing, prioritizing, and following up
- Self-starter who likes to take initiative (and follow through!)
- Able to work with the team, while taking ownership of your own work
- Proficient in MS Office—especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Curious, empathetic, and eager to learn
Preferred Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Previous internship or work experience in sales, business development (preferred but not required)
- A genuine interest in understanding how B2B sales works & what makes partnerships go through
